![]() If I’d been asked upon check out how my day was I would have said but again no care here and not asked usual questions. Certainly lacking in customer care and any luxury treatment - I will not be returning. Lunch - average - avocado in sandwiches not fresh. Then the treatment - massage was more like a oil rub … not Swedish deep tissue - no introduction to massage - no consultation form - massage average and not what I’d expect from a 5 star hotel spa. People before us sat in it with door ajar and no steam. Sauna outdoors floor just not swept leaf, mud and mess door also needs to be pulled super hard so lacks steam unless you wait ages. No steam room as it was lacking steam and was smelly. Changing room awkward as a lack of benches and private changing space - a pop up private cardboard box with halfway curtain in one corner very -2 star. Swimming pool area busy and very nosiest due to jets from Jacuzzi - no sound proofing or management. The venue as in hotel itself lovely spa reception not very welcoming and very bright. Having visited here before a few years ago I decided to revisit for an overdue treat but to much disappointment I didn’t come away relaxed.
